Monarch Yoga
Monarch Aerial Arts offers a full traditional yoga program led by Karen Eidem, a certified instructor with more than 11 years of experience guiding mindful practices and helping practitioners feel grounded and supported. With class options including Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Yin, Hatha, and Restorative, the program provides a balanced approach to movement, breath, and stillness.
All first-time visitors to Monarch Aerial Arts are required to sign a waiver before attending a yoga class.

Monarch Aerial Arts offers a flexible and affordable way to build your yoga practice with a 5‑Punch Pass for $60, giving you access to any yoga classes of your choice. New students also receive an incredible welcome perk—their first four classes are free when taken within the first week of starting using code FREEYOGA. For those who prefer to drop in as their schedule allows, single class visits are available at a $20 rate.

A concise, traditional Hatha sequence emphasizing alignment, balance, steady breath, and mindful posture work. Expect clear instruction on technique, purposeful transitions, and short pranayama or bandha cues to deepen embodiment without rushing. This class offers a focused, grounding practice that challenges both mind and body while remaining accessible to all levels. -

A deeply relaxing practice using a small set of fully supported poses held for extended periods to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and encourage profound release. We use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to create comfort and safety; gentle breathwork and guided relaxation help you move toward meditative stillness. Leave feeling replenished, calm, and centered.
